Shipping is currently a flat rate of $5 no matter how much you purchase. This is subject to change without notice. 
Orders are processed in 1-3 days. Shipping through USPS takes around 2-5 days, depending on your location. Your order ships from Florida.
We currently only ship to North America. Sorry.
